Ignite 2.0 – Rules & Regulations

👥 Team Formation

Team size: 2–4 members.

Cross-department and cross-college teams allowed.

At least 1 laptop per team is mandatory.

Each participant can join only one team.

 

⏰ Time & Discipline

Teams must strictly follow the schedule given for Day 1 & Day 2.

Registrations close at 11:00 AM (28th Sept) – no late entries.

Teams must be present during jury rounds, check-ins, and pitches.

Absence during judging rounds will lead to disqualification.

 

⚠️ General Conduct

Respect mentors, jury, and fellow participants.

Misbehavior, plagiarism, or using unfair means will result in disqualification.

Interactive & cultural sessions are mandatory for team-building and refreshment.

 

🏆 Judging Criteria (Sample 4 Points)

Projects will be evaluated on:

Innovation & Creativity – Uniqueness of idea, fresh approach.

Functionality & Feasibility – Does the solution work and solve the problem realistically?

Impact & Scalability – Potential for real-world use, alignment with affordability/sustainability.

Presentation & Clarity – Quality of PPT,and pitch delivery.

 

Final Jury decision will be binding and final.
